An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until June 1, 2017

This hour class designed for those 50 years and older will help increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun. The movement part of the class can be done sitting or standing. Open to all.
This class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00–11:00 a.m. in the Ballet Room. Beginners are welcome. No need to bring anything but yourself and maybe a friend. Taught by Christie Simmons.
Cost: $25 a month
Come try us out and your first class is free.
