F. I. T. (Fitness Inspiring Togetherness)

Want to get fit and make new friends? Come join our new exercise class for women 50 and beyond starting September 9. This 45-minute low impact/high-fun workout is perfect for baby boomers and seniors who want to stay fit for life! This well-rounded class includes easy to follow, low-impact aerobics, strength training, balance, and stretching. Come and improve your flexibility, joint stability, and overall health. This class can be done standing or sitting. For women only. Come join us and experience community, fellowship, prayer, and encouragement while we stay fit! Class taught by Brenda Parks.

Mondays: 10-10:45am
Tuesdays: 9-9:45am
Fridays: 10-10:45am
Location: Ballet Room (M111)

Wholehearted Fitness

This is an action-packed exercise class to strengthen your heart, soul, mind, and body. It’s full of fun and women who love and pray for one another. Classes entail strength work on all muscle groups, cardio bursts, and flexibility in a non-threatening environment. All levels and ages are welcome. Bring a mat and water bottle. All other equipment is provided. Class taught by Kelly Patrick, AFFA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-9:30am
Location: Ballet Room (M111)

*Cost is $65/month or $10/class
Nursery available if needed.
