Music Worship Assistant. The Worship and Music Department has a full-time opening for a Worship Assistant. This position is accountable directly to the Worship Pastor and has significant public worship leadership responsibilities. Briarwood Christian Bookstore Sales Associate. Part-time/hourly/as-needed position available. Candidate must have good computer, internet, and people skills and be available to work at least one Sunday per month and some Wednesday evenings. Flexibility and a can-do cheerful attitude are appreciated in this position! A basic understanding of Christian books and a high standard for theological accuracy is a plus, as well as previous inventory experience. Junior High Director. Male Senior High Youth Ministry Staff.  This full-time position will work with other youth staff to implement a complete ministry to Senior high students including: programming, personal ministry, volunteer recruiting and development, discipling, assisting parents, and shepherding over 300 senior high members of the church. This person must have a heart for both the church and the lost and be passionate about building both student and volunteer leaders. Special Connections Ministry Director. An experienced and compassionate leader is needed for this full-time position. The candidate should have the education, training and skills to include a biblical reformed framework of disabilities and an understanding of physical, mental and sensory disabilities. They should have a heart for and skills to minister well to those with disabilities and their family. Other abilities needed include management skills, sound Bible knowledge, personal ministry experience of evangelism and discipleship, good communication skills and administration skills. National Missions Pastor. Full-time leadership position for an experienced pastoral leader and champion for the revitalization of churches. He will demonstrate a commitment and a passion to train, coach, and equip others to revitalize churches and provide direct leadership and oversight for our National Missions Team, Church Revitalization Team, and Church Planting Team. He and his team will implement Briarwood’s National Missions Conference as well as four Embers to a Flame Conferences annually. Candidates will either be ordained or ordainable in the PCA, be visibly committed to the local church and embrace working on the staff team at Briarwood. He will serve on the Missions Team and report to our Global Missions Pastor.     Full-Time Salaried Two-Year Male High School Youth Resident. (Park Cities PCA, Dallas, Texas.)  This paid ministry resident position will learn and effectively develop the skills needed to minister to 9th–12th grade students. The purpose is to lead students and families into the body of Christ, nurture them in their relationship with Christ, and equip them to serve in the name of Christ. Responsibilities include participating in student ministry team development with lay leaders and ministering to students in the church and in the community. Student ministry activities include Sunday mornings, small group Bible studies, youth events and trips, and intentional, relational ministry (1:1 contact work).     Full-Time Male Resident for Young Adults. (Park Cities PCA, Dallas, Texas.) Provide ministry leadership and lead young adults (ages 22-35) with an emphasis devoted to the shepherding and discipleship of young adult men. Implement strategy, direction, and objectives set by the Director of Young Adults and in collaboration with the Young Adult Women’s Ministry Leader. Teach, shepherd, mentor, equip, and disciple young men in the PCPC Young Adults Ministry. Focus on developing outreach via the Gym Ministry. Contribute to integrated team outcomes. College degree and ministry experience as a staff member or volunteer is required. Biblical, reformed theology education, and seminary preferred, but not required.
