National Missions Pastor. Full-time leadership position for an experienced pastoral leader and champion for the revitalization of churches. He will demonstrate a commitment and a passion to train, coach, and equip others to revitalize churches and provide direct leadership and oversight for our National Missions Team, Church Revitalization Team, and Church Planting Team. He and his team will implement Briarwood’s National Missions Conference as well as four Embers to a Flame Conferences annually. Candidates will either be ordained or ordainable in the PCA, be visibly committed to the local church and embrace working on the staff team at Briarwood. He will serve on the Missions Team and report to our Global Missions Pastor.      Senior Administrative Assistant to City Missions and Diaconate. (Park Cities PCA, Dallas, Texas.) Provide administrative, financial and process-oriented support services for Senior Director of City Missions including City Missions Committees, Executive Diaconate and Diaconate, and Frontline Ministry. Interacts with lay leaders, church members and staff. Work includes committee meeting agendas, handouts, packets and minutes, parking schedules, preparation for budgets and the church-wide welcoming, greeting and hospitality ministry with Diaconate oversight. College degree preferred. Five years related work experience or equivalent required. Requires initiative, detail orientation, dedication to accuracy, and multi-tasking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient in Ministry Platform database or willing to learn and become proficient. Primarily standard office hours and days (40 hours/week), with one evening meeting per month and occasional weekend events.      Full-time Senior Director of Missions and Church Planting (M&CP). (Park Cities PCA, Dallas, Texas.) Stemming from a passion for evangelism and missions, the purpose for this role as the senior staff member for missions and church planting is casting a vision of God’s plan to extend the transforming presence of the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ in Dallas and to the world, through shepherding, equipping, challenging and motivating PCPC members and M&CP staff. Responsibilities include the development, implementation, and coordination of the ministries of world missions, national missions (Missions to North America), Lao Presbyterian Fellowship, and global local ministries. Requires a college degree, 8 years’ of ministry and staff leadership experience, including at least 5 years applicable missions experience. Proven competencies such as Overall Strategic Focus, Provides and Exemplifies Ministry Team Leadership, Judgment and Decision Making, People Development, and Financial Oversight and Stewardship. This position works with the M&CP Executive Committee which requires rapport building and has varied office hours and days, including 5–8+ weeks a year of international and domestic travel.
