YBL Small Group Coordinator

Children’s Ministry Staff
The Children’s Ministry staff would focus on the Ignite ministry (4-6th grade) and Super Summer programming primarily by planning and implementing all programming and personally ministering to our 4-6th grade girls. In addition, the Children’s Ministry Staff would assist the children’s staff team in in various programming for all children between the ages of K4-6th grades. This would include: Children’s Worship, VBS, Catechism Sunday school, and Children’s special events. This is a full time position. Director, Senior High Ministry
This person will implement and oversee a complete ministry to Senior High students including: personal ministry, programming, volunteer recruiting and development, discipling, assisting parents, and developing and participating in a shepherding plan for the church’s High School students. In addition, this person is responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the four youth ministry staff. This position reports to the Family Pastor and ministers alongside the senior high staff. CMMA Field Staff / Male Disciple-maker
The basic function for this position is to assist the Executive Director in his goals to win and build multiplying disciples in the medical community in Birmingham and to assist in the planning, organizing, and administrating of our weekly and annual activities to impact Birmingham with the gospel. Special Connections Ministry
Special Connections is seeking a part-time person to work primarily on Sunday mornings from 7:45 a.m.–10:45 a.m., to care for teens and adults with autism or developmental disabilities. It may also include some Sunday nights and Wednesday nights on an as-needed basis. The care could potentially be physically demanding.
