JOYful Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 21, 2017
This one-hour class designed for those 50 years and older will help increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun. The movement part of the class can be done sitting or standing. Open to all.
This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00–11:00 a.m. in the Ballet Room. Beginners are welcome. No need to bring anything but yourself and maybe a friend. Taught by Brenda Parks; contact her at 205-427-8612.
Cost: $25 a month
