Walk Through Nativity
Advent at Briarwood | December 11–13

Each Advent season Briarwood presents a gift to our community with the Walk Through Nativity. Hundreds of Briarwood members come together to depict the birth and life of our Lord in 13 biblical scenes with narrated drama using live actors and animals (including a camel!) Won’t you plan on joining us this year? Each night, Wednesday through Friday, come anytime between 6:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. and take this easy, 1/4-mile stroll that is wheelchair and stroller-friendly.

Over 750 volunteer actors, costumers, parking attendants, scene-builders, and greeters are needed for this year’s Walk Through. Sign up online at briarwood.org/nativity.

 

Briarwood Christmas Festival
“Hallelujah! Hope in Christ” | December 15

Come experience Advent through the musical and dramatic presentation of “Hallelujah! Hope in Christ.” This gift of talents features the Briarwood Sanctuary Choir and the Festival Orchestra and guests, the Birmingham Boys Choir and The Briarwood Ballet.

This event is completely free and open to the public.

 

 

 

Christmas Eve Services
December 24

Join us this Christmas Eve for two Family Candlelight Services at 5:00 & 7:00 p.m. At 11:00 p.m. we will partake in the Lord’s Supper with a Candlelight Communion Service.

MidWeek at Briarwood
Church Wide  |  September 4 – November 13 *

Wednesday night dinners, classes and activities for the entire family. Join us for our dinner in the Fellowship Hall each Wednesday evening from 5:15–6:30 p.m. Classes and activities start at 6:30 p.m.

Children Wednesday Nights
Beginning September 4 at 6:30 p.m.

Children’s Choirs — Beginning September 8.

Youth Sunday Night D-Groups — Beginning September 8 from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at The Barn.
