Crates for Ukraine

Thank you, Briarwood for your generous outpouring of support for the church in Ukraine and your faithful Faith Promise giving!

As a result, we sent a mission team with 28 crates loaded with medical and health supplies to Krakow, Poland in July. Once all the crates arrived we prayerfully headed to the border of Ukraine. We navigated the border crossing and military checkpoints and safely delivered the 28 “Crates for Ukraine” to the Mission to the World warehouse in L’viv, Ukraine. From there the supplies will be distributed by our Ukrainian missionaries through our reformed church network to the most critical area of ministry need. Safely in L’viv, we enjoyed an overnight visit in this beautiful city staying in the same hotel as the United Nations crisis response team headquarters. One of our missionaries serving in Kiev traveled eight hours to spend just 24 hours with our team. He shared how difficult it has been to be living apart from his wife and children in wartime conditions for five months since their evacuation in February.

Please continue to pray for our Ukrainian brothers and sisters in Christ as they are under constant threat from an invading army.

For God’s Glory,
Bryan Wintersteen, Global Missions Pastor
