Zealous for the Lord God Almighty: The Prophets Elijah and Elisha

Have you ever wondered why people thought Jesus was the Prophet Elijah returned from the dead? Why does the Jewish Seder meal of today include the cup of Elijah? When Jesus fed the 5000, why did the people recall the Prophet Elisha? Why were Elijah and Elisha specifically called to battle the Israelites’ worship of the Canaanite god Baal? Please join us for a study of 1 Kings 16 to 2 Kings 13 as we delve into the lives of the Prophets Elijah and Elisha and learn about what the Gospels tell us about these prophets of the Old Testament.
