U.S. Flag for the annual “Way of the Flags”

Dedicate a U.S. flag in memory or honor of someone to be used in the Way of the Flags during our annual Christianity in America Celebration. Use the form below. Dedications are $15 each and will appear with the June 30 Order of Worship. The church will retain the flag for use in subsequent events.

All orders must be made before June 16.

One dedication per flag purchased, please.

Word your dedication exactly how it should read. Examples:  In memory of Mrs. William S. Smith by Mr. & Mrs. John L. Smith. OR In honor of Capt. Robert J. Jones (USAF) by Amy Jones. If a military dedication, please provide branch of service.
