Summer Internships
The Children, Youth and College Ministries desire to equip the next generation to worship God with every facet of their life and to reach the world for Christ. We desire to build meaningful, spiritual, deep relationships with students in order to model Christ to them in the various everyday aspects of life outside the church doors. Most importantly, we want the love of God to reach to the core of who they are and for that love to pour out into all areas of their lives.
What are the benefits of internship?
The summer internships are designed to give the intern hands-on ministry experience through relationships with students, discipleship, teaching opportunities, and planning of meetings and special events. In addition, the internship program offers theological and ministry training, community with other believers, and an opportunity to work alongside the children/youth/college Pastors.
Who can apply for internship?
• Ministry U – rising freshman in college
• Children’s – rising college sophomores or above
• Youth – rising college sophomores or above
• College – rising college sophomores or above
What is the approximate timeline?
• 1st week of January – Applications are due
• January – Interview process
• 1st week of February – Intern Offers & Commitments
• April – Intern Retreat
• After Memorial Day – Internship begins
