Women’s Fall Kickoff – August 23

What will we do?
The primary focus of the Fall Kickoff is to gather the ladies of Briarwood together for fellowship, food and fun! We rarely have the opportunity to gather with women of all ages and stages for conversation, laughter and enjoyment.

 

Schedule:

  • The doors will open right at 9:50 am (we won’t open early)
  • Then we will have some scheduled “events” throughout our time together
  • We will end promptly at 12:00 pm

Roaring 20’s Theme!

We are travelling back 100 years to the glitz and glam of the 1920s. This theme will give direction to how we decorate, what we listen to, how we celebrate, and the foods that we may have at the event.

 

Dress:

  • Everyone is to dress in a BLACK shirt or come in your best 1920’s attire!
  • Remember to Dress comfortable – this is a very relaxed event. Jeans, shorts, khakis, etc. just make sure your top is black
  • We will handle any other accessories for the event.

 

Food:

  • We will serve light refreshments. If you are able to help with the finger food then please sign up at:  Sign-Up Genius available by Friday
  • We ask that food be dropped off in containers that can be thrown away – Dollar Tree has excellent one dollar containers.
  • All food items are to be dropped off on Friday, August 22nd by 4:00 pm in the kitchen serving area. We will refrigerate the cold items.

Volunteer:
