Tuesday Bible Studies

Join us for Tuesday Bible Studies! Guys will meet at The Barn for pizza, fun, and fellowship. Girls will meet at the Frost’s pool. No meeting on June 25 and July 2.
Sunday Night Speaker Series
Join us from 6:00-7:30pm at the Barn for a time of fun, worship and teaching. Each night we will hear a testimony from special speakers about God’s transforming work in their life!

Olan is the executive Director for Campus Outreach Birmingham and is one of our all-time favorite speakers. You don’t want to miss!
June 16 – Ike Reeder
Growing up as a Pastor’s kid was a great blessing in Ike’s life but he walked away in rebellion to the Lord in his teenage and young adult years. Come hear how the Lord called Ike out of his rebellious lifestyle to live a life sold out for Him.
June 23 – Ben Cohen
Come hear how Ben has risked his life to deliver Bibles to the Sudan and other dangerous areas of the Word.

July 7 – Kenny McBride
Although not having the benefit of growing up in a Christian home, the Lord put faithful Christians in Kenny’s life to point him to the Gospel and eventually the Lord called him to fulltime ministry. We are excited to have Kenny as our new Senior High Director starting in August!
July 14 – James Spann
You know James Spann as the Weather man. Did you know he is also a devoted Christ follower? Come hear his amazing testimony of how he came to know the Lord and how he lives his life to the Glory of God.
July 21 – Alton Hardy
Alton Hardy is the Senior Pastor at Urban Hope Community Church in Fairfield, Alabama. Come here about Alton’s story and his passion to have an impact in Fairfield through living out true Gospel reconciliation.
July 28 – Kristie Harrick
Kristie currently serves as the Briarwood Women’s Ministry Director. While she was a teenager, her church in Texas went through a church shooting that greatly shaped her faith. Come hear her amazing story!

June 5 – Activate

Raiders is taking over Activate Birmingham! Activate is an interactive gaming facility where students will get into groups of 5 and enter specific room to try to compete a challenge in 90 seconds. With 11 different rooms and 3-8 different game modes, it will be a massive amount of fun!! Closed toed shoes required.
June 12 – Slop Olympics
6:30 – 8:00pm | Cost: Free | at Church Soccer Fields
Slip n’ Slide into the Summer with our annual summer slop fest! The night will include all things messy and will end with the greatest food fight the world has ever seen! Wear clothes you will never want to wear again.
June 19 – Nerd Night Bowling
6:30 – 9:00pm | Cost: $10 (cash) | at Vestavia Bowl
Dress up as your favorite nerd and come roll a heavy ball down a wooden pathway and knock over some white oblong objects! Bring $10 for bowling and extra money for snacks, drinks, and arcade games.
June 26 – Barons Game

Buy some peanuts and cracker jacks, we’re going to watch the Birmingham Barons strike out the Tennessee Smokies. Sign up HERE by June 24th to reserve your spot. Transportation by bus.

Come play the most classic of all playground games… CAPTURE THE FLAG! The only twist is that we will be using the entire Barn as our playground! Be ready to run, compete, and most importantly…capture the other team’s flag.
July 17 – Hollywood Movie Night

Everyone loves movie nights! Especially when the main characters show up! Come dressed as your favorite movie character of all time for a night filled with movie theater popcorn and candy as we enjoy a true masterpiece of cinema! There will be a prize for best costume!
July 24 – Regressive Dinner
6:00 – 8:30pm | Cost: $20 (cash) | at The Barn
Have you ever asked yourself the question, “Why don’t we eat dessert first?” We will answer that question! Enjoy a whole new outlook on dining for one night only. We will meet at the Barn at 6:00 and travel by Bus to Lee Branch, and starting with dessert, then the main course, and finish it all off with the appetizer.
July 31 – End of Summer Pool Party

Come celebrate the end of the summer in the best way possible… A pool party!! We will have all of the classic pool party games along with challenges and prizes to be won!! (Girls: one-piece bathing suit only)
