IMPACT Birmingham • October 18, 2025


On the morning of October 18, we will have the chance to partner with several of our local ministries, working together on a range of projects to support and help further their mission. This will be an opportunity to serve together as the body of Christ and IMPACT Birmingham for Christ!

 


Project Registrations


Use the following links to register for IMPACT Birmingham projects.
Please be sure and register a “ticket” for each attending individual, adult and child.
Nursery reservations must be made at briarwood.org/nursery.

You will receive additional project details on October 15.

Volunteer shirts will be available for pickup on the mornings of September 28, October 5 and 12. Tables will be set up at the Chapel Hallway and Ministry Lobby.

 

Grace House Goody Bag Donations Needed!
Help us bless the girls at Grace House by donating items like hand lotion, chapstick, hand sanitizer, hair ties, candy, and other small treats.

Drop off donations on Sunday mornings, October 5 & 12, in the Chapel Hallway or Ministry Lobby.

Bags will be packed with encouraging notes on October 18 as part of IMPACT Birmingham!

 

Big Oak Ranch

 • Staining a large new playground and outside landscaping work
– Appropriate for college age, adults, and seniors who are able to work outdoors on this type of project
– 25 Volunteers available

Blanket Fort Hope

• Outdoor yard work and cleanup
– Appropriate for all ages, 12 and under must work with a parent or guardian

Bundles of Hope

• Working in the warehouse, bundling diapers and other small projects
– Appropriate for children five and up, teenagers, adults, seniors

• Write notes of encouragement to girls in foster care and pack goody bags
– Appropriate for Seniors

• Put in wheelchair ramp
– Appropriate for teenagers and adults
– 10 Volunteers available

 

 

Prayer Team

• Praying for all the service projects and volunteers
– Appropriate for all ages
– 25 Volunteers available

Restoration Academy

• Yard work – trimming and clean up in the park/playground area across from the school. May also clean windows inside and outside of the building
– Appropriate for all ages

• Shampoo rugs, clean chairs, deep clean education building/kitchen and classrooms
