To accomplish this, we ask that students be willing to make class and rehearsals a top priority. As always, involvement in the performance is both a privilege and a responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Our rehearsal schedule will be kept up to date on a private Google Doc, accessible from the <strong>Master Rehearsal Schedule<\/strong> link on the <strong><a title=\"Ballet Events\" href=\"https:\/\/briarwood.org\/balletevents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ballet Events<\/a><\/strong> page of our website. It is password-protected. Refer to your email for the password.<\/p>\n<p>The important dates they need to block off right now are listed on the schedule. For younger students, choreography will be worked on primarily in class, but some additional rehearsals may be needed later. Ballet 2-4 and USC-D should know to check the schedule frequently as we approach May.<\/p>\n<p>Please\u00a0<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">review your calendar and notify us <strong>IMMEDIATELY<\/strong> if you have an unavoidable conflict, specifying the day, time, and <\/span>reason.\u00a0Please list <strong>ALL<\/strong> outside commitments for the semester, not just those during classes or the listed rehearsal times.<\/p>\n<p>We interweave choreography from different classes throughout the scenes.
