This Sunday morning, August 30, Pastor Reeder will conclude his exposition of the parables of Jesus from Matthew 13 with “The Kingdom of God—So What? So What’s Next?” At 6:00 p.m., the pastor returns to the Timeless Truth series and “The Bible in This Present Age,” drawing from II Timothy 3. Immediately after the evening service, the pastor will hold a Q&A session in the Worship Center regarding his August 9 message regarding the recent Supreme Court decision on marriage.

Here it comes…beginning September 9, Briarwood’s popular Wednesday night MidWeek gets underway. It begins with the Fellowship Dinner at 5:30 p.m., then at 6:30 there are activities for every member of the family. Ladies, the Women of the Covenant invite you to join them this fall beginning the week of September 8 in a time of fellowship and growth with other women. There are groups meeting in the mornings and evenings, and choices of Tuesday through Thursday for meeting days. Look over the different subjects to be taught this fall in our online brochure, then register for the study that fits your schedule. And remember to reserve your Nursery space, too! Men, you are invited to join a small group study this fall beginning September 9. There will be two offered on Mondays and one each day Tuesday and Wednesday.
