A Women’s Small Group Ministry

Following the Lord’s mandate to make disciples, the Women’s Ministry is developing a small group ministry for women of varied backgrounds which will facilitate personal spiritual growth and deeper relationships. Small groups will help women feel welcome and secure, while exhorting them toward spiritual maturity.

Each group will consist of 6–8 women of differing ages and stages. The first meeting will be a time of sharing and getting acquainted with one another. Each meeting should include time for group interaction and prayer. The teacher will be more of a facilitator than a lecturer, understanding that the primary benefit for the group members will come from their interaction with each other; as iron sharpens iron.
