In recent years, we have narrowed our approach to Urban ministry in Birmingham by focusing over 80% of our resources to the community of Fairfield. We partner with assets already in the community such as Better Basics, C J Donald Elementary, Community Garden, Grace House, Habitat for Humanity, Hope Health Clinic, and Restoration Academy.
In addition to these partnerships, we are establishing further initiatives that will develop the next generation of urban leaders:
- Urban Hope Church Plant – to serve the entire family
- Aspire Mentoring Movement – to reach 9 – 18 year olds
- Foundations Early Learning and Family Center – to reach infants – 5 year olds as well as their parent(s) or guardian(s).
