2024 GLOBAL MINISTRIES CONFERENCE
February 25 – March 3, 2024

Our annual Global Ministries Conference, entitled “Making the Most of Every Opportunity”, will be held February 25–March 3. We will have missionary partners participating in the conference from all over the world and will hear ministry stories from our International staff. Briarwood’s legacy of supporting and sending missionaries comes straight from our Mission Statement: “For God’s glory, Briarwood is committed to equipping Christians to worship God and to reach Birmingham to reach the world for Christ!” Our Missions team is praying that God will use this conference to encourage our missionaries, equip our members, and send even more missionaries out from Briarwood.

We are grateful to God that He has sent Dr. Neil Stewart to be our keynote speaker during our morning worship services as well as Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings. We will have ministry partner global glimpses each night beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday night and 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights following the services. Our Children’s ministry will be hosting the GLOW (Go Light Our World) conference for grades K4-6 grade.

Please be in prayer for the conference and our missionaries in preparation for this special week. May the Lord use this time to inspire, equip, and mobilize Briarwood Church on mission!

GLOW Children’s Conference

GLOW is our Children’s Missions Conference which corresponds with the adult conference each year. During the conference sessions, children will have the opportunity to hear from Ministry Partners from all around the world and learn about how they can share the gospel right here in Birmingham, Alabama.

We hope you will bring your children each night. There will be plenty of fun, games, trivia and music each night alongside the great missions teaching. Get your kids fired-up about World Missions and ready to “Go Light Our World!”

No registrations are required. Bring your child to their normally scheduled drop-off locations Sunday Morning and Evening.
If you are needing childcare for Infants thru children who are not yet in K4, please sign them up at www.briarwood.org/nursery for each night you are attending.
