“Kingdom People”
What does it look like to be empowered by gospel to live faithfully in a cultural climate that is ever changing? Matthew 5–7, often called the sermon on the mount, is the longest sermon by Jesus that we have recorded and it addresses this very question. Jesus carefully handles many of the issues that his people face and teaches us what it means to live as people of the Kingdom of God. This quarter we will be discussing how his teachings in this sermon affect the way we think about lives, our money, our time and our relationships.
